Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about buying, downloading and using our bookbinding tutorials.
How do I get my tutorial?
Straight after payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you within a few minutes. Tutorials are PDF files.
The email hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Check your Promotions or spam folder first. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email us at admin@thesiambindery.com with your order number and we’ll resend it by hand. Please don’t buy it again: one message is all it takes.
Can I download it again later?
Your link works for 30 days and 3 downloads, so save the PDF to your device (and keep a backup) as soon as it arrives. Use the link in your confirmation email, or log in and go to My Account → Downloads. If your link has run out or you can’t find the email, contact us and we’ll restore your access.
My card was declined. What now?
We’re based in Thailand, so some banks hold the first payment to an overseas shop. Approve it in your banking app and try again, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device offers it. Declined attempts are not charged.
Do I need bookbinding experience?
No. Every tutorial is written for beginners, with a photo for each step. Some techniques take a little more practice than others, and if you get stuck you can email us for help.
What format are the tutorials?
PDF guides in English. They open on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can print them at home.
Can I sell the journals I make?
Yes. You’re welcome to sell the books and journals you make using our techniques. The tutorials themselves are copyrighted, so please don’t copy, resell, share or redistribute the files.
Can I get a refund?
As tutorials are digital downloads, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy). If something goes wrong, such as a file that won’t open or a duplicate charge, email us and we’ll put it right.
