How your tutorial is delivered

Every item in our shop is an instant digital download — a bookbinding tutorial, not a physical product. There’s nothing to ship and nothing to wait on. Once your payment clears, your download link(s) are generated automatically and emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Didn’t receive your download link?

First, check your spam or promotions folder — automated emails occasionally land there. If it’s still not showing up after 30 minutes, get in touch with us directly and we’ll resend it by hand. Please don’t request a refund for a missing email before giving us a chance to fix it — this is almost always solved in one message.

Re-downloading a tutorial you already bought

Your download links are tied to your order and don’t expire. If you’ve misplaced a file, lost a device, or just want to grab it again, log into your account on our site and visit My Account → Downloads, or use the original confirmation email. If you checked out as a guest and can’t find that email, contact us with your order details and we’ll help you recover access.

File formats

Tutorials are delivered as PDF guides (and, where noted on the product page, supporting video or image files). You’ll need a PDF reader to open them — most phones, tablets, and computers already have one built in.

Note: as of October 2026, everything in our shop is a digital download and nothing currently ships physically. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to cover physical shipping again.
