Shipping Policy
Getting your package ready
All packages are packed and shipped within 1 – 3 working days of payment clearance.
Rest assured that we take great care in packing all items before shipping.
Delivery address
Kindly make sure that you provide your correct/full shipping address, as well as a valid telephone number to put on your package. We are not responsible for items getting lost due to the provision of incorrect shipping details. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages getting lost due to post office error.
Acceptance of package
Do take note that, with express delivery options, as well as delivery to a home address, a signature might be needed to accept a package. If a package has not been signed for and gets returned to Thailand, the buyer alone is solely responsible for carrying all re-shipping costs. Additionally, if an item has not been signed for and has been returned to Thailand, the buyer may not request or make claim for a refund/credit/discount.
Shipping duration
All packages are shipped with Thailand Post’s ePacket service. It takes 15 -20 business days for a package to be delivered. Do note that holidays and other events might have an impact on the shipping duration. We cannot be held liable for shipping delays.Â
Tracking your package
All packages include a tracking number so that you can always know where your package is. You can track your package at https://track.thailandpost.co.th/?lang=en by inputting your tracking number. Follow up with Thailand Post directly should you have any questions regarding delivery.
