Shipping and Delivery
1. Getting your package ready
All packages are prepared and shipped out within 1-3 working days of a payment’s clearance.
2. Delivery address
Do make sure that you provide your correct shipping address as well as a valid telephone number to put on your package. We ship to the address provided to us by you. We are not responsible for items getting lost due to the provision of incorrect shipping details.
3. Change of Address
Once a package has been shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address, add a telephone number, upgrade the shipping method, or have packages re-routed.
4. Acceptance of package
Do take note that a signature might be needed when receiving your package.
If a package has not been accepted/signed for and gets returned to Thailand, the buyer alone in responsible for carrying re-shipping costs. Additionally, if an item has not been signed for and has been returned to Thailand, the buyer may not request or make claim to receive a refund/credit.
Note that if EMS packages are not signed for, the package will be returned to your nearest post office where it will stay for 5 days before being destroyed. EMS packages will not be returned to Thailand.
4.1. If you are not able to sign for your package, please ask a friend/family member to sign for it on your behalf.
4.2. Track the location of your package online until you receive it. If a package was out for delivery and you were not available to sign for it, you will receive notice that your package has been returned to your local post office. Your package’s status will then show “Addressee not available at time of delivery”. Once you see this message, immediately contact your local post office to collect your package. Only the addressee is able to follow up on the package once it leaves Thailand – we are not able to do so.
Packages that are returned to local post offices are kept for approximately 1 – 2 weeks (depending on the country and post office policies). They will not be delivered to you again, and the post office will not call you to inform you that you have a package to collect. This is 100% your responsibility. After 1 – 2 weeks, your package will be returned to Thailand.
Once a package has been shipped and leaves Thailand, the responsibility of status updates falls to Thailand Post’s shipping partners. For example, once a package leaves Thailand en route to the USA, subsequent tracking/status updates become the responsibility of Thailand Post’s USA shipping partner, USPS. Occasionally it happens that shipping partners do not update statuses because of their specific policies. In that case, do contact us to follow up on your package on your behalf, or you may contact Thailand Post directly at postalcare [!at] thailandpost.com to inquire.
5. International shipping duration
All packages are shipped with Thailand Post’s Priority Airmail service and takes approximately 10 – 15 business days to be delivered. Do note that holidays, customs inspections and extraordinary events like Covid-19 might have an impact on the shipping duration.
Shipping within Thailand is with Thailand Post’s EMS service and takes approximately 1 – 3 business days.
Please note that these dates are only a guide. Packages usually get delivered within the above timeframes. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
For delivery by a specific date, please allow ample time for shipping.
6. Tracking number

7. Customs and taxes
Buyers are fully responsible to pay for any taxes that may be levied upon receiving their packages.
Additionally, please note that Thailand Post requires all Priority Airmail packages to be secured with staples and/or cord (and not glued or taped shut) so that they can be easily inspected by customs officers during their routine inspections.
8. Shipping costs refunds
Postage and packaging charges are strictly non-refundable, unless it’s due to an error on our part. Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered/uncollected parcels.
9. Free Shipping offer
We currently offer free shipping on all of our physical products. If a package has been unclaimed, uncollected or refused and has been returned to Thailand, and in the case that we do agree on a refund, the price of shipping and packaging will be deducted from the original product price.
10. Lost packages
If your package has not been delivered to you (no one has signed for it), please contact us or Thailand Post to open a query. Thailand Post takes between 1 to 6 weeks to follow up on packages. If a package has been lost, you will be entitled to a full refund or reshipping of another product. Refunds and reshipping will only be granted once we receive official proof from Thailand Post that the package has been lost and a refund has been granted by them.
If you have not followed up on a package in 180 days since it has been shipped, you are not entitled to make any claims.
