1. GETTING YOUR PACKAGE READY
All packages are packed and shipped out within 1 – 3 working days of a payment’s clearance.
Rest assured that we take great care in packing all items before shipping.
2. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Kindly make sure that you provide your correct/full shipping address, as well as a valid telephone number to put on your package. We are not responsible for items getting lost due to the provision of incorrect shipping details. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages getting lost due to post office error.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF PACKAGE
Do take note that, with express delivery options as well as delivery to a home address, a signature might be needed when receiving your package. If a package has not been signed for and gets returned to Thailand, the buyer alone is solely responsible for carrying all re-shipping costs. Additionally, if an item has not been signed for and has been returned to Thailand, the buyer may not request or make claim a refund/credit/discount.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DURATION
All packages are shipped with Thailand Post’s Economy Airmail service. It normally takes 10 – 15 business days for a package to be delivered. Do note that holidays and other events might have an impact on the shipping duration.

5. TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
All packages include a tracking number so that you can always know where your package is. You can track your package at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en by inputting your tracking number and sliding the button to your right. follow up with Thailand Post directly should you have any questions or concerns.
Please note that we currently don’t offer insurance on our packages. If you require your packaged to be insured prior to shipping, let us know and we’d be happy to provide you with insurance options.
